Queer Music - Breaking Boundaries shares the work of over ten photographers from the United States and Canada documenting a staunchly independent music scene that deserves much public attention. The Queer Music scene, arguably the most self-supportive community in independent music, also displays a sense of integrity that the rest of the music industry lacks. These photographs not only capture the excitement of the live performances, but also depict incidental portraits in the clubs, and more.
As part of its continuing support to the independent music community, Aquarius Records is pleased to present this important collection of photographs. Co-curated by Erik Auerbach and Ace Morgan, the show will include the work of these photographers:
Miriam Klein Stahl
Tammy Rae Carland
